Fitness Programs at Viceroy Santa Monica

While traveling, it is important to stay focused on your fitness and wellness goals.

  • At Viceroy Santa Monica, our fully-equipped wellness studio offers:
  • Cardio equipment including treadmills, elliptical machines and bikes
  • Lat machine, incline bench, free weights, balance balls and body bars
  • Personalized one-on-one training provided by Kinema Fitness, in studio or outdoors specializing in circuit and interval training, advance ballistic and dynamic movements.

Poolside Yoga

Complimentary on Saturdays and Sundays 
Enjoy a combination of Vinyasa and Forest Yoga. Our yoga sessions combine
flowing movements to more stationary poses. These sessions are geared to
all levels and are a wonderful way to reconnect.

Stretch Session

$75, 30 minutes $125, 60 minutes
If you are unable to get good range of motion or if you feel tight from
travel or working out, try a 30 minute or one-hour session with one of
our trainers.

Personal/ Tandem Training

$125, 60 minutes
A fitness professional will take you through a series of full-body exercises
that challenge your heart as well as your muscles. This is a great fitness session
to begin or end your day.

Temescal Canyon Hike

$125 per hike, up to 6 guests
With great views of the ocean on clear days, a seasonal waterfall and a densely wooded canyon, this popular hike starts on Temescal Ridge Trail, climbing
almost 1,000 feet in the first mile. At the intersection with Temescal Canyon
Trail, you can take a half mile side trip to Skull Rock (staying on the ridge trail)
or head down into the deep Temescal Canyon. Kinema trainers will select
the right hike, based on your fitness ability. Bring water and wear comfortable
sneakers. Meeting place and directions will be provided by the concierge.

Guided Run

$125, 60 minutes
Our certified trainers will take you on a magnificent run through Santa Monica
that will help you burn calories while also enjoying the outdoors.

Poolside Pilates 

$125, 60 minutes
Mat Pilates, designed for core strength and flexibility is a great way to feel
invigorated. Pilates focuses on breathing, toning and flexibility.

All services may be scheduled individually or as a group. Please inquire with our concierge for further details.
There is a 12 hour cancellation for all training.
